My name is Helen and I am a Professional Organiser. I enjoy helping people declutter and organise their homes and absolutely love bringing calm to the chaos. I have been a Registered Mental Health Nurse since 2011 and have supported people with the full range of mental health issues including those with ADHD and Autism. I am friendly, understanding, empathetic, and caring. Throughout my career I have visited many different homes in varying conditions, working with people with varied circumstances and difficulties. I want to reassure you that nothing fazes me, so please don’t feel embarrassed that your home is the worst one I will have seen as I can reassure I will have seen a lot worse, and there will be zero judgement. Just compassion and I love of helping others.

We specialise in assisting individuals and families overwhelmed by clutter. Whether you're moving home and need to declutter and pack, downsizing, or simply need help organising and decluttering your living space's. Calming Chaos is here to support you through the process.

Initial consultation (around 30mins):
This is a FREE no obligation consultation over the phone or via video call. In this time we will find out a bit about you, what you are hoping to achieve and any questions you may have. There are no silly questions, please ask anything. We want you to have all the information you need in order to feel comfortable for us to work together with an aim to put you at ease and support you. There is no pressure or obligation to go ahead with booking a session. If you do decide to book a session, we can book that in, or you can take some time to think about it.
The session (minimum 3 hours booking):
I will support you with your goals which we had previously discussed. Everyone is different in what they would like to achieve, so my work is tailored around your needs, goals and pace. I will support you with making decisions around what you would like to keep, bin, or donate. I will never force you to get rid of anything, it will all be your decision. I may gently ask some questions around why you may be keeping certain items, but essentially you are in control of your belongings. Throughout this session you will learn skills and habits you can try to implement going forward.
After the appointment:
I will take away any of your items that you have decided to donate to charity shops for FREE
